Spam - Euro Business Guide

Ako ste upoznati sa spamom koji šalje http://www.eurobusinessguide.net/, u vidu Free prijavljivanja na adresare firmi a za uzvrat nakon 2 nedelje dobili račun na 990€. i razne opomene koje uz to idu, javite iskustva i da li ima potrebe da se organizujemo. Oni za sada salju neka pisma, ne znam sta ce biti kasnije.

Dragi Aleksandre evo resih da ti pomognem posto si tako lako okarakterisao ovaj ozbiljan sajt kao spam odmah da ti kazem da si mnogo pogresijo jer to uopste nije spam niti bilo kakava prevara nego zaista ozbiljan sajt od jedne ozbiljne registrovane firme, meni je zao sto si ti pogresijo dali je u pitanju problem sa jezikom sto je najverovatnije slucaj kod tebe (bez zelje da te vredjam) sam si napisao u tvom postu i naglasijo jednu rec Updating is free of charge!! a to znaci da je besplatno azuriranje podataka ili dodavanje novih podataka ili od tvoje firme ponuda za posao itd

Da si po njihovom savetu pogledao Terms and Conditions for Insertions odnosno uslovi za ubacivanje vase firme u njihov vodic video bi sledece

"The service provider will place the insertion to the data base of the Euro Business Guide within a period of three weeks after receiving the order. The data of the subscriber will be used as stated in the order. The invoice will be sent by post. Payment will be made by the subscriber on the service provider's bank account as mentioned on the invoice 14 days after receiving the invoice." Upon the expiry of this period without receiving such corrections or alterations, the details shall be published in its original form. Should errors appear in the publications and these errors are based on the details provided by the subscriber, the subscriber shall be the only person liable for such errors. In the event that the service provider should have printed incorrectly the details provided by the subscriber in the online edition of the Euro Business Guide, the subscriber is entitled to a free extension of his/her subscription for one year. The liability of the service provider due to the aforementioned incorrectly printed details provided by the subscriber is limited to an amount of Euro 990. Decisions relating to advertisement positioning in certain sections of the Euro Business Guide or the designated categories are at the discretion of the service provider. The CD-Rom is granted one time in three years."

Elem osim toga dobijas jos mnogo toga ali mislim da je izlisno ovde predstavljati njihove usluge i proizvode koje vrede te pare jel da vrede bili bi vec odavno mrtvi jel na trzistu evrope opstaju samo kvalitetni i uspesni eto tolko od mene, moj savet ne samo tebi svima da uvek pre nego sto se prijavite za nesto dobro pogledate TOS ili Terms Of Service ili tako nesto slicno prevedeno na srpski uslovi i pravila, dodatan savet tebi je da im posaljes mail i da se izvines i kazes da nisi razumeo bas najbolje i bice sve ok.

Jos nesto za sve nase ljude pre nego sto kazete da je nesto prevara ili spam proverite malo pre toga da li ste u pravu i Aleksandre za tebe jedna definicija za kraj SPAM je nezeljena e-mail posta odnosno neka reklama koju ti nisi trazijo a ovo bas nema veze sa spamom nikakve sam si otisao tamo i sam si se upisao a nisi dobro prostudirao o cemu se radi.
